The Verve Pipe stands out by virtue of its sophisticated, complex melodies and dense, almost organic arrangements. With three million albums sold world wide, the unforgettable #1 single "The Freshman" and a reputation for spectacular live performances, the band can now add an album of children's songs to their long list of accomplishments. In 2009, the band was approached to submit a new song for a compilation album of chidren's songs. That session inspired A Family Album, an original collection of songs intended for the enitre family, with fun and inventive lyrics set to memorable melodies the band is known for.
