Economist David Morris, Vice-President of the Institute for Local Self-Reliance, will discuss the challenges of expanding renewable energy during a recession.

David Morris has advocated sustainable, environmentally friendly, and equitable community based economic development for more than three decades. An advisor on energy to four U.S. Presidents and a nationally known expert on ethanol, wind-generated power, and electric vehicles, Mr. Morris is the author of over 200 books and articles and appears regularly on radio and TV.
