The Unthanks in Conversation February 9, 2012

The Unthanks are widely considered to be one of the finest and most important folk bands to have emerged from the British Isles in the last 30 years. Taking place in our Picturehouse Cafe Bar, this is a unique opportunity to hear the internationally-acclaimed Unthanks discuss their craft, artistic influences and current residency at Band on the Wall.

The Unthanks In Conversation is part of a very special 5-day residency at Band on the Wall where they have been working with local musicians as part of the Wall of Sounds Artistic Directors Series. The resulting work is being performed by The Unthanks as a full concert on Friday 10th February. Tickets on sale at bandonthewall.org
