www.indianapolismusic.net just recently did an e-mail interview with Mr. Dulli. Expect the interview to appear the week of the performance or sooner. This will be a must see show!

I'm heading to Indy after the Chicago show and will be looking to possibly get together for some preshow festivities. Also, how many people does this venue hold? Anyone know? What's this venue like? Thanks. CAW

I'm thinking the patio holds about 200-250 at max. It's a one story venue. As for preshow festivities the patio is located in the heart of broad ripple (it's a fifteen block burrough of Indianapolis). There are funky shops, bars and restaurants located about every ten feet of the patio. So there will be places to go and things to do.You can check out one of the following web sites about what's going on that night before the show: nuvo.net, intakeweekly.com or indianapolismusic.net.(calendar section)

I'll be at the Newport show and also driving from Cincinnati for this one.
I'm considering staying in Indy for the night. Anyone know if there is a hotel (preferrably) within walking distance of the Patio?
Thanks,
-Brent

Hotels are a little further out of the way. The hotels that are nearest to the venue are either downtown (south of the patio) or near the Castleton area (northeast of the patio)--you are looking at driving about fifteen-twenty minutes in either direction. Good luck.

Thanks for the info.
See you there.
