Secret Society celebrates its 2nd Anniversary with Champagne and Sparkling in The Twilight Hours

Experience curators The Tasting Sessions will celebrate their 2nd Anniversary on Thursday 07 October 2010 with a Champagne and Sparkling experience of epic proportions. At The Twilight Hours in a secret location in Bloomsbury, The Tasting Sessions will profile premium and unique Champagne and Sparkling from around the world in an exciting, immersive environment.

“The Tasting Sessions has been curating a journey through the finest, the rarest, the most interesting and the unusual”, explains co-founder of the Tasting Sessions, Hayley Sudbury. “We are celebrating our 2nd Anniversary with a rock star flight showcasing premium and unique expressions of the méthode champenoise, everyone’s favourite timeless indulgence”.

Co-Founder Angella Newell adds, “Over the last two years we have pushed the boundaries of taste to deliver unique and memorable experiences that assault all of the senses. Come to The Twilight Hours for Champagne but don’t expect a conventional tasting and always be prepared for the twist”.

On the 07 October The Tasting Sessions will delve into the human propensity for discovery. Guests will be invited to an experience where “nothing is as it seems”. From the physical environment to the entertainment and the food and drink consumed, there will be suspense with a reveal and a twist. Guests will be encouraged to interact, probe and explore for the hidden meaning.

The mood will be darkly sensual with a deep undercurrent of excitement. Masonic figures in floor length hooded capes revealing leather bondage couture. “Oysters” containing unusual taste sensations and molecular creations. Integrated art and performance that is duplicitous, with dual meaning and multiple interpretations.

Those lucky enough to snag tickets to The Twilight Hours will embark on an exclusive journey with the other guests. The Tasting Sessions food and drink festival, A Fluid State will run from the 02 to the 05 December 2010.
