The Tree Project & Afterparty June 7, 2008

THE TREE PROJECT is part performance, part installation. The themes of the performance piece—aBIGtree, memories, entropy, spiral, …but, where is the beginning of me?—are reflected in the art exhibition of works by DC-area visual artists which runs concurrent to the production. The production and art exhibit will open on May 21. To celebrate the universal experience of memories, an event will follow the closing of the performance and exhibition on June 7.

JUST ANNOUNCED -- The Closing Night Afterparty will feature DJ Lil'E (Right Round at Black Cat; Tinderbox at Saint Ex) spinning from 9pm - midnight! Food sponsored by La Tasca Spanish Restaurant and Tapas Bar and Sticky Fingers. Beer provided by Pabst Blue Ribbon. Tickets for closing night performance and afterparty are $10.00.
