In October 2001 the government formed a secret interrogation agency that would not only aid in the ongoing war on terror, but completely end terrorist acts. Chosen to head the project was the foremost authority on interrogation tactics Dr. Charles Torturovsky. Torturovsky, a graduate of Harvard Medical, had just received a second Doctorate in Behavior Analysis proving him to be a genius in the art of interrogation and persuasion. Through the use of pain, deprivation, isolation and fears he could extract any information that he wished.
