The Ten: an Alternative Shavuot Experience May 28, 2009

Offering an innovative take on Shavuot, The Ten - a high-energy, entertainment-rich, thought-provoking, laugh-inducing evening - features Jonathan Safran Foer (author of 'Everything is Illuminated'), a concert with Jdub Records' rising musical sensation Girls in Trouble, and Rabbi Shira Stutman as the MC. The late-night program also includes an eclectic mix of yoga, ethical brain teasers, a "green" agricultural panel, film screenings, a cooking demo and more. Snacks will be provided and a cash bar will be available.
