($40). Featuring Emmylou Harris, Patty Griffin, Buddy Miller, Gillian Welch and David Rawlings. These musical heavyweights will join one another for a unique tour dubbed the ?Sweet Harmony Traveling Revue,? which includes ensemble performances, solo numbers and, at times, instrument swapping. ?Sweet Harmony Traveling Revue? will visit 14 cities on its three-week run, including New York?s Central Park SummerStage. Although these five artists have known each other for some time, this tour marks the first time they will work together. Gillian and Emmylou both won a Grammy for the soundtrack O Brother, Where Art Thou? on which they sang ?Didn?t Leave Nobody But the Baby? with Alison Krauss. Emmylou Harris covered Patty Griffins One Big Love on Red Dirt Girl and Gillian Welchs Orphan Girl on Wrecking Ball. Gillian Welch provided background vocals on Emmylous last offering, Stumble Into Grace, and Buddy Miller has performed on Harris past three albums and has been an integral part of her touring band Spyboy, for years. Emmylou sang on two of Pattys albums (Flaming Red and 1000 Kisses). David Rawlings and Gillian Welch are a working team?writing, recording and touring together.
