Straight from the mystical music playground of New Orleans comes the timeless handcrafted music of the Subdudes. Without a drum set, they use their feet, hands, voices and tambourines to display a deep rhythmic knowledge. Drenched in thick blues and tight jazzy compositions, these funk rock masters ignore basic song structures and fill each tune with rich organic lyrics, traces of haunting gospel and easy but elaborate vocal harmonies.
