This Saturday Speaker Series addressesthe ways that JA Fellows share similarities and differences through your education, age, gender, beliefs, ethnicities and more! By building on the unique strengths that you each bring to the JA Fellows program you will be able to network with new JA Fellows and learn more about yourself.

We are excited to have this day planned for our JA Fellows and guests to explore the topic of diversity. The morning will start with some large group activities and then you will work in small groups to discuss what diversity is and why it matters as you prepare for your future in the working world.
The day culminateswith a panel of professionals who are experienced in the field of diversity in the workplace and bring tremendous insight for you! Our panelists are:
-Karmetria Burton, Diversity and Human Resources Consultant
-Soumaya Khalifa, founder of Khalifa Consulting and Executive Director of the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta
-Frank McClosky, Vice President of Diversity at Georgia Power
This is also an opportunity for any high school student who is interested in exploring the JA Fellows program and meeting our current JA Fellows. Please encourage your friends to join the program! This event is for students only. Space is limited so RSVP today!
