Denice Brooks-Cutts
Denice graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Master of Music degree (M.M.) in the field of Voice from the Julliard School of Music in New York.

While living in Berlin, Germany traveling and touring with a production of "Porgy and Bess", she was blessed with being able to perform with many of today’s top artists such as Elton John, Tina Turner, Anita Baker, Nancy Wilson, the late Luther Vandross and Natalie Cole, to name a few. While in Los Angeles, Denice was asked by Quincy Jones to assist on master vocals for his studio demos.

In 1997, while in Soweto she was commissioned by then President Nelson Mandela to assist in raising funds for the first ever Soweto Music School for children, where she later taught music classes to thousands of South African children.

Denice has performed in many Frederick venues including the Weinberg Center and Danielle’s to name a few. She is looking forward to continuing her passion for music in Frederick and along the East Coast.

Denice Brooks-Cutts is a proud Texan and a proud member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
