The South Side Beach Bash Bar Tour July 12, 2008

Lindy Promotions, The X at 105.9, and Miller Lite announce the most anticipated event of the Summer: The South Side Beach Bash Bar Tour. This Saturday, July 12th, witness the South Side turn hot hot hot as hundreds of people flood Carson Street and hop between 13 popular bars, benefiting The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
Between 1-9pm, the South Side Beach Bash will feature discounts from some of Carson Street’s best bars and restaurants: The Town Tavern, 1311, Mario’s South Side Saloon, Tiki Lounge, Jekyl & Hyde, St. James Place, Smokin’ Joe’s, Double Wide Grill, Excuses, Archie’s, Carson City Saloon, Mill Site Tavern, and Primanti’s. Those who attend will enjoy $1.50 Miller Lite pints, fabulous food & drink specials, limbo and bikini contests, and an endless supply of party favors to get everyone in the summer spirit. While discounted advance tickets are sold online, door sales can be purchased at the Town Tavern from 1pm to 6pm for $8, or $5 with the donation of two canned goods benefiting Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.

This is the second-ever event Lindy Promotions is hosting in Pittsburgh. Last March’s “Leprechaun Lap” drew over 300 people and raised 430 pounds of canned food for charity.
