The Soul of Christianity (1st of 4 part series) April 2, 2010

Christianity’s mystical qualities can enrich your inner spiritual path. Explore the rich symbolic life contained in the Christian tradition, with an emphasis on developing an inner spiritual path and reinvigorating your relationship to Christianity. The focus will be on the religion’s mystical dimensions as you seek to directly experience the divine presence in your own heart, your soulful relationships, and in all creation. The power of symbols and ritual, the miraculous union of the human and the divine, and the shadow aspects of the religion will be explored. Learn from the wisdom of global religious teachings in addition to those of Christianity. All those desiring a deeper and more meaningful connection to the Christian tradition are welcome, including those who have explored multiple paths. This is a one year program, presented over four weekends.
