Social networks are hot. Really hot. They've changed the way humans interact – and how we communicate with another in nearly every way imaginable. This full-day workshop, taught by social media choreographer and technical communication guru Scott Abel (aka The Content Wrangler) shows you what you need to know to harness the power of social networks and leverage social relationships in ways you may never have thought of. You'll learn about business-, friend-, content-, and topic-based social networks, and how they impact society and business today.
