I'm fairly sure Middle East is 100% 18+ so no.

this would be extremely dissapointing I've been waiting for a long time to see the Slackers 18+ really kills that.

You can get into the Middle East with a parent or a "parent" if you are under 18. My dad took me to see the skatalites there when I was 16. Since he brought me it was no problem getting in.
