The Science of Illusion May 7, 2013

A scientist walks into a bar. ... Dr. Cedar Riener, a Randolph-Macon Psychology professor, will present a few illusions and then lead a discussion on how they give insight into the mind's organization.

Science Pub RVA hosts informal events as a way for citizens to connect with science in our community, have a drink and meet new friends in an atmosphere where no background in science is expected.

Go as early as 6 pm to grab a seat, drink, eats & connect with others. The structured portion of the night is just one hour, beginning at 7:00 pm.
