What happens when you blend physicists, master distillers, chemists, acclaimed mixologists, and a little dry ice? The Science of Cocktails! This gala will feature bartenders from Rye, 15 Romolo and 83 Proof mixing one-of-a-kind cocktails at ten different bars. With brand sponsors including St. George Spirits, Four Roses, Hangar One, Distillery No. 209, Campo de Encanto, VeeV and Partida Tequila. Attendees will be assured a buzz that is equal parts boozy and brainy. Join the Exploratorium for its second annual fundraising event that will transform the museum into a laboratory of libations. This event is for adults 21 years of age and older.
