The Sake of April : Kuroushi Jumai
-The distinctive feature of Kuroushi (Junmai shu sake) is volume, wideness of the taste and moderate smooth aroma. It fits especially with dense taste dishes such as Yakitori, barbecue, Nabe,Yakizakana (broiled fish). Kuroushi is available in a wide range of temperature from petit cooled 15 to lightly warmed 50 degree Celsius.
