Dalien, RYT, of 13 HANDS/NOMADYOGA presents a comprehensive, experiential workshop on the healing and health benefits of sacred sound and vibration. Through the use of voice, interactive drumming, movement, breathing, light yoga and discussions regarding Yoga Nidra, Theta consciousness, chakras and dream state, Dalien helps weave a thread of understanding on how to assist the body and mind to access these states that support the central nervous system and emotional well-being. It’s a fun-filled, sound extravaganza. Open to all levels and beginners. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.You can even bring your favorite pillow!
