The Ryan Montbleau Band June 7, 2008

With their hard-to-nail-down sound (a quirky mix of Americana, folk, blues, ragtime and '70s R&B and soul) and storytelling lyrics, it's no surprise the Ryan Montbleau Band averages about 200 shows a year.

WERS welcomes The Ryan Montbleau Band June 7 at 6pm for a special sunset cruise aboard the Frederick L. Nolan, Jr. Zach Deputy opens.

Will call tickets can be picked up at Boston Harbor Cruises at the gate where the Frederick L. Nolan, Jr is docked beginning 5pm night of show. Boarding will begin at 530pm. Ticket holders must be 21+ unless otherwise noted.

Discounted parking will be available at the International Place garage across from the Boston Harbor Hotel just a short walk from Long Wharf. Parking at that location is $5 if you enter the garage after 6pm. The Rock and Blues Cruises are also easily accessible by public transportation by taking the Blue Line to the Aquarium stop.

The band will be contributing 50 cents from each ticket to Rock The Earth, and also contributing 50 cents from each ticket to HeadCount's "Cents for Sense" campaign.
