The Russian Chamber Chorus of New York December 13, 2009

Under the direction of Artistic Director/Conductor Nikolai Kachanov, The Russian Chamber Chorus of New York will celebrate its 25th anniversary by performing previously unknown gems of Russian choral culture.

Enjoy sacred music by Russian composers -- Gretchaninov, Rachmaninoff, Schnittke, Golovanov, Yegorov, Tchaikovsky, and Sviridov -- whose creativity shone despite oppressive times.
