The Role of Boards, Advisory Panels and Service Providers March 25, 2009

This presentation looks at the start-up and administration of a business through a corporation with a focus on the efficient use of professional service providers, the management of the corporation through a board of directors and the relationships among shareholders of the corporation.

Registration is free but required. You only need to register once in order to attend all lectures so when you register you will receive a confirmation for the program as a whole, which began on October 1, 2008. Please note that certification will be offered to those who check in at lectures.
