If the past year has taught us one thing, it's that people, not cash, buildings or equipment, are the critical differentiators of a business enterprise. As economic conditions begin to readjust, how will you capitalize on your most valuable resource?

Learn to define and use key measurements to demonstrate how "human" resources make an excellent investment. Discover how to measure individual processes, as well as enterprise-level information. In addition to important specific measures, it is important to realize that numbers are not the answer; they only further define the question. We'll spend time exploring this philosophy as well.
