The Rock & Shop Market June 28, 2008

The Rock & Shop Market, a hip, bi-annual, urban market in downtown Raleigh, NC, is hosting it's seventh event on Saturday June 28th from 1-5pm at the Tir Na Nog. Featuring over 30 emerging designers selling their wares & live performances by the bands Red Collar & The Secret Theatre.

Shop indoors for locally made jewelry, silk-screened t-shirts, letter-pressed stationery, posters and more, grab a beer at the bar and listen to some great live music. The first 50 attendees receive a free gift tote filled with magazines and swag. In addition, there is a silent auction at the event with proceeds benefiting Nest, an organization providing micro-loans to women entrepreneurs in third-world countries. Admission is $3.
