The Revival House Classic Queer Cinema: Flesh and Blow Job June 18, 2008

Every third Wednesday of the month The Revival House presents the best in homo-grown cinema from decades past.

This month, two films from The Factory:

Flesh (U.S.A., 1968), Paul Morrissey’s erotic directorial debut featuring Joe Dallesandro. Little Joe plays a hustler dispatched by his lesbian wife to get out of bed and hit the streets, turning tricks to raise money in support of her girlfriend’s abortion.

b/w Blow Job (U.S.A., 1964), Andy Warhol’s film short depicting the facial expressions of a beautiful young man in the process of being serviced by five studs.
