The RCC presents THE RIOT: Live Improv Comedy February 17, 2011

Similar to Chicago’s iO and New York’s Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theater, the Coalition’s brand of improv comedy takes your suggestions and twists them into unpredictable parallel dimensions of hilarity. What unfolds onstage is as much a mystery to them as it is to you, creating a show so funny you’d swear it was scripted!

Featuring HOT COFFEE AND THE BEAR, straight outta DC’s Washington Improv Theater. Hot Coffee and the Bear? ...Shoot. Them boys been together so long they sometimes forget which one is who. I reckon all three share one brain that's half rotten. You gonna see ‘em? Go on then. You'll laugh harder than sun-dried road opossum.

Also, with an opening set from WIFFLE - Coalition members perform short and fast improv games that will leave you laughing for at least 3 minutes after their set is done. After that third minute, you realize ...your wallet is missing.
