Please join us for the launch party of The Prix de Rome in Architecture: A Retrospective!

Edited by Marco Polo, The Prix de Rome in Architecture reproduces the work of Prix de Rome laureates from 1987 to 2003 in order to bring this important experimental architecture to a broader audience. Each of the documented projects is accompanied by explanatory text by the laureates, and the book also features critical essays by Gary Michael Dault, Daniel Millette and Marco Polo.

Laureates include John Shnier, Jacques Rousseau, Sophie Charlebois, Dereck Revington, Philip Beesley, Philippe Lupien, Peter Yeadon, John McMinn, George Yu and Jason King. Each project is fully documented with extensive colour photographs and illustrations, and the accompanying text appears in both English and French.

Ballenford Books hosts the launch party for The Prix de Rome in Architecture on Wednesday, December 6. Contributions from Prix de Rome winners will be be displayed and refreshments served.
