A Retirement Planning Course at Evergreen Valley College teaching the Principals of Conservative Investing.

The Richness of Life Institute, a non profit educational organization is proud to offer a finance course for those preparing for retirement (age 45+) to those in the early stages of retirement.

This course will walk you through the difficult retirement challenges you face such as re-building your retirement accounts, proper asset allocation, how to replace your paycheck in retirement and other pitfalls to avoid.

This course is based on recent academic research from leading institutions such as: The Financial Security Project at Boston University, Ernst & Young, the University of Michigan Retirement Research Center, the Putnam Institute, the Wharton School of Business and the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College.

Attendees will receive information and tools to help them better understand the serious issues American's face as the Baby Boomer moves towards retirement, such as: understanding and managing risk, the impact of higher taxes and how to prepare for retirement.
