The Polish Ambassador project is a collaboration between David Sugalski and Tim Spellman (Sugalski on beats/performance, Spellman on writing/behind the scenes) out of the bay area in Oakland, CA. Chiptune, electro, glitch hop, synthpop and dub have all variously been used to describe the group's sound.
