You are invited to join Jude Smith, Executive Director of The Center for Authentic Living, for a peace-filled day of solitude and reflection, engaging in a variety of gently guided meditation practices designed to allow you to discover for yourself the peace that lies within.

Set amidst the autumn splendor and spirit-soothing tranquility of the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York, this retreat is open to both those experienced with meditation, as well as those exploring meditation for the first time. The world renowned Omega Institute has been a pioneer in the field of holistic studies and is known as a place where people from all over the world can come for a personal growth retreat.


Easily accessible by a lovely and contemplative train ride along the Hudson River from mid-town Manhattan, Omega's lakeside campus, consisting of 195 acres of rolling hills and woodlands, provides a peaceful oasis for a day's retreat. For those of you wishing to create an autumn weekend experience, there are numerous small inns in the area that cater to weekend visitors. Registration for this retreat is simple, and can be done securely online by following the link below.

This event will be conducted both indoors and out, weather permitting, with full use of the Omega campus as our canvas upon which to create. All that is required is for you to bring a spirit desiring to be soothed, something comfortable to sit upon, clothing that will allow for your outdoor comfort in October, and perhaps a small blanket for added warmth.

Optional on-campus meals will be available, as well as an invitation to extend your stay to enjoy Omega’s evening offerings.
