The Path of Kirtan:

Open Your Voice, Open Your Heart

The Path of Kirtan explores the ancient practices of kirtan and sacred sound. In this workshop we’ll immerse ourselves in this luminous ocean through voice, mantra, devotion, movement, yoga and meditation to connect more deeply with the divine Presence. In many Eastern cultures, the practice of music is approached as a spiritual practice, as the yoga of sound, and that is how it will be presented in this workshop. From this foundation, the chanting of sacred names and mantras will flow with new depth and new freedom. This workshop is offered with the intention to cultivate more beauty, love and peace inside ourselves and in our world.

Elizabeth Rainey, Certified Anusara Yoga instructor, will offer Anusara Yoga during this retreat.
