Scroll down below to register and make a pledge. The Obamathon will begin with a "Walk for Barack," a way for people to assemble in New York City in support of Senator Obama's campaign for President. The event will begin on the Hudson River Park Walkway from Chambers Street South and then into Battery Park. Start the 20-30 minute walk between 10AM and Noon and receive 1 of a limited 1,000 Obamathon buttons. The start of the walk is closest to the 123 subway line at Chambers Street. Walk west on Chambers Street until the Hudson River Park Walkway where you will find the start of the walk.



Obama groups from the region will be organizing on the lawn of Battery Park from 11:00 AM to 3:00pm. Friends will be joining together to picnic, enjoy live music, and the people of the State of New York will be uniting in support of the good Senator's campaign for President.

Everyone is encouraged to bring a picnic and friends to enjoy this day in scenic Battery Park against the backdrop of the Statue of Liberty in downtown Manhattan.
