About Jeff Jiang
Jeff Jiang, president of TransWealth Advisors, LLC, is an experienced China business consultant and a founding member of the Minnesota Chinese American Professionals and Entrepreneurs Club, as well as a frequent speaker on subjects regarding business in China. Jeff also authored the well-circulated article Top Ten Misconceptions About Doing Business in China.

Jeff received his B.A. with honors from the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing, China. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Political Science with a focus on Asia, as well as a second Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management.

About Larry Tan
Larry Tan is Director of International Business Development for Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd. (TCF), a leader in the industrial and commercial fan and blower industry. In 2006, Larry established Twin City Fan (Shanghai) Ltd. Co. a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) in Shanghai, China, and subsequently grew the business from nothing to 40M RMB in three years. In addition to traveling to China frequently, Larry also travels to Europe and South East Asia to grow TCF’s global business. Twin City Fan has manufacturing plants in Shanghai, Singapore, India and Czech Republic. Larry’s international team supports these plants and manages the global distribution network for TCF products.

Larry Tan has a MBA from Carlson School of Management and a M.S. from University of Minnesota. Growing up in Wuhan, China, Larry has a B.S.E.E from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.

About Aron Yngve
Aron Yngve, marketing director for Minnesota Rubber and Plastics, has over 25 years of international sales and marketing experience covering the U.S., Europe and the Far East. His career has spanned a variety of international sales and marketing positions, including Alps Electric Company (Japan), Graco Inc. and Phillips Plastics.

Aron is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas, and also speaks Japanese.

About Wesley Tang
Wesley Tang has successfully led Minnesota companies in their development of international markets, primarily in the Pacific Rim, and particularly in China. Wesley’s extensive experiences include consumer packaged goods (Red Wing Shoe Company, Anagram International), franchising systems (International Dairy Queen, Snap Fitness) and industrial products (Conwed Plastics).

Tang specializes in premium branded products, companies and manufacturers wanting to grow their profits in international markets. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Chinese.
