Exhibition Talk in BSL (Sunley Room) - Work, Rest and Play. Deaf lecturer Serena Cant selects paintings from this free summer exhibition and discusses the wider themes of work and leisure.

The National Gallery is the nation’s collection of Western European painting from about 1250. Famous masterpieces from Leonardo da Vinci to Van Gogh are on display every day, free of charge. Throughout the year, free talks are given in BSL by deaf lecturers, or in spoken English with BSL interpretation. Talks highlight different paintings in the Collection and special exhibitions, inviting you to respond through discussion and practical workshops. BSL DISCUSSION GROUP: After most events, the speaker will join BSL users for an informal discussion group – a chance to ask questions and share ideas.
