The Moth GrandSLAM XVIII hosted by Dan Kennedy September 28, 2009

The Moth recently expanded its popular StorySLAM series into Brooklyn, incorporating some of our favorite venues and creating exponentially more opportunities for amateur raconteurs seeking their 15 minutes. Tonight, it takes over the cavernous Highline Ballroom for the ultimate verbal showdown, pitting newcomers against Moth favorites including 14-time StorySLAM champion Adam Wade and author and former New York Times contributor Jim O' Grady. The proceedings are sure to move at a fast and hilarious pace with Rock On author and deadpan comedian Dan Kennedy hosting.
