The woman The Los Angeles Times called the most charismatic female performer in rock returns with a newly formed band and a line-up featuring fresh material and vintage hits. Martha Davis first exploded on the music scene as lead vocalist with The Motels in 1979, with the release of the groups self-titled debut album and their first hit, 'Total Control.' The hits kept coming: 'Only the Lonely,' 'Suddenly Last Summer,' and 'Remember the Nights' to name a few. Davis has collaborated with such artists as Ivan Neville, Frank Zappa and Kiki Dee. Her original songs and unmistakable, timeless voice led the Motels in dominating the music scene in the 80s, and earned them an American Music Award for Best Performance in 1982 for 'Only The Lonely.' Today, Davis and the newly formed Motels play to packed houses nationwide.
