A Chinese, a Jamaican and an Indian come together for a hilarious night of international introspection.
Edwin Li, Kevin Munroe & Samson Koletkar blast away at various stereotypes that portray the minorities as goofballs in the mainstream media and entertainment. They take shots at the absurdities that they experience in America as they try to voice the opinions and views of the minorities through humour (that’s right, humour spelled the way it’s supposed to be – with ‘u’ in it), while not shying away from highlighting the absurdities of their own cultures.

Edwin Li began working as a comedian at the age of 16, barreling through five minute open mike sets and hanging in the wings of the Punch Line Comedy Club, picking the brains of any funnyman that would talk shop. His earnestness and shameless curiosity have made him a favorite with comedy veterans and club owners alike. His rambunctious new set is a portrait of the wild, untamed energy of a Chinese American young man. Edwin has performed at SF SketchFest, Las Vegas Comedy Festival, Asian Week, and is a regular at all the A List clubs in the Bay Area. He has also been featured in independent films Chinese Connection, Slap Stick and Come Back To Me.

Caribbean-born Kevin Munroe has been described as a "clever comic", known for producing quotable material that routinely flips conventions of American culture on their collective heads. Kevin began performing at colleges such as Stanford, Sonoma State and UC Davis, then branched out to other venues. He was a finalist in the Rooster T. Feathers Comedy Competition 3 years in a row, earning 1st Runner Up in 2009. He is the Winner of the 2010 Walk The Plank Comedy Competition, besting over 100 contestants. Kevin is now a regular at the Sacramento and San Francisco Punch Line Comedy Clubs, and has opened for comedy legends and top new nationwide acts alike.

Samson Koletkar was born and raised in Mumbai. With a Masters degree in Computer Software, he moved to San Francisco to work in IT, before taking the plunge in the field of Standup. As a First generation Indian Jewish guy with zero historical knowledge of American Standup, Samson brings a refreshingly new approach to cerebral, witty, thought-provoking humour with a global perspective. Being an Indian Jew in America has only added to the anomaly that is Samson. His comedy is socially aware and is driven by his personal trials and tribulations. He highlights religious, political, social and traditional hypocrisies and issues, and shares his views on day to day absurdities of the human nature. With his clean approach to comedy he is able to perform just as easily at clubs and theaters as he is at corporations, colleges, fundraisers and speaking engagements. Samson has performed in India, Canada and all over U.S., is the producer of Comedy Off Broadway Oakland, creator of Mahatma Moses Comedy Tour, a featured performer on Funatical - Taking Comedy To The Extreme and Make Chai Not War, & Winner of 2010 Asian American Theater Company Comedy Competition.

Buckle up, sit back and laugh at the absurdities of the comedy circus called America.
