The Mingus Big Band February 18, 2011

The Mingus Big Band is a 14-piece orchestra devoted to the vast repertoire of the late Charles Mingus and the music he left behind at his death in 1979. In conjunction with the 3rd Annual Charles Mingus High School Competition, Jazz Standard extends its wildly popular "Mingus Mondays" series for three nights.
