One World, One Woman, One Mission...The Million Books Project.

Join Carol Bangura, the Executive Director of the Million Books Project, Inc., on her mission to effect positive change through education and literacy initiatives. Since its inception, the organization has collected over 17,000 books for distribution to children and libraries in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Additionally, the project has been expanded to provide supportive services to multicultural communities with interpretation services in over 172 languages.

On Friday, September 18, 2009 from 5:30 PM - 8 PM you are invited to learn more about the Million Books Project, Inc., while experiencing an evening of culture, exhortation, and philanthropy.
