"The Man Inside The Song" with Anders Holst April 26, 2012

American Smooth Jazz Award nominee, Anders Holst, makes his return to the legendary Piano and Cabaret Lounge, Don’t Tell Mama, in the heart of NY’s theater district on Thursday, April 26th.

Continuing in this fashion, Anders will be taking to the stage with a new program: “The Man Inside The Song”. Under the direction of long – time friend and MAC Award-winner, Eric Michael Gillett, the performance will feature original tracks from the dashing, “007-like” singer, as well as innovative covers by the likes Lou Reed, Michael Jackson and The Backstreet Boys, among others. In a Recent review, Mona Finston of Cabaret Hotline said, "Holst engages his audience beautifully with ease and breezy patter".

Holst will be joined on stage by two extraordinary musicians – musical director, keyboardist and producer, Bennett Pastor along with Backstage Bistro and MAC Award-winner, Sean Harkness, on guitar.
