Join us for a fun and interactive day-long exploration of chakra energies and subtle body sensations! Cleanse your second chakra with a gentle "sexual healing" Hawaiian Ho'oponopono ritual, explore tantric breath techniques, root chakra "grounding," and learn about "Playing the Colors," a series of sensual exercises and meditations developed by erotic educator Isa Magdalena. All this and more! The day will also include opening and closing Iyengar Yoga sessions taught by Leah Kanaga.

Please come prepared to move, breathe, and even dance! We also hope to have Isa Magdalena's book, "Playing the Colors -- Full Spectrum Sex," available for purchase.

Workshop is from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with an hour lunch break.

The Empty Gate Zen Center is located close to downtown Berkeley and walking distance from the downtown Berkeley BART station. Neighborhood parking is easy on Sundays. Neighboring restaurants are plentiful.
