Explore the work of three iconic photographers - Ilse Bing, Richard Avedon and Cindy Sherman - and then learn how to recreate some of their famous methods, including solarisation techniques, colour effects and isolating colour against black and white. Beginning with an introduction to the digital camera, basic techniques and tips and tricks for taking better photos, you will then practice simulating the look of these photographers using techniques in Photoshop. No previous experience necessary although basic computer skills are essential.
