The Lollipop People
For the last two years composer Friendly Rich Marsella has been directing a group of oddball musicians in a project he calls The Lollipop People. With over half a million dollars worth of university and college tuitions, it's got to be good. Their debut CD We Need a New F-Word was released in February 2006. In January 2007, their next studio recording will be unleashed entitled simply The Friendly Rich Show.

Mr. Rich has worked in collaboration with theatre mastermind David Hannan (aka SOOT the Stage Manager) in developing a vaudevillian liveshow called "The Friendly Rich Show".

In 2006 Friendly Rich and the Lollipop People travelled to Montreal, Guelph, New York, and the home of culture... Brampton. In January 2007, the group will tour in Germany, with the support of the German
label Hazelwood Records.
