The local, hidden, private and public May 19, 2009

This debate/discussion/exchange will look at green space, parks, gardens, allotments, L1, what is public and what is private now? Should we as a society demand control over the public spaces in our city? What is the point in having your own little piece of GB soil? Dereliction, demolition, rebuilding, Anfield/Breckfield and the drive to create new and beautiful spaces around old sites of terraced housing, Stanley Park Glass House, Liverpool Palmhouse...what is the legacy of all this in our scouse consciousness?
