The Ladies' Room Expo March 4, 2007

The Ladies' Room Expo will showcase vendors from Long Island women-owned businesses and serve as a fundraiser for the local chapter of the Breast Cancer Foundation. The expo will take place on Sunday March 4, 2007 from 2pm-7pm at the Hilton Long Island Huntington at 598 Broad Hollow Road (Route 110) in Huntington, New York. Admission to the expo is FREE and there is ample free parking.

The expo will feature a Chinese Auction to benefit the local chapter of the Breast Cancer Foundation. Merchandise, services, and gift certificates have been donated from area businesses and businesses around the country to help raise money for this important cause. 100% of the funds collected from the sale of raffle tickets for the Chinese Auction will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation. A door prize of five free Chinese Auction entries will be given from 2pm-3pm.

This event will showcase vendors from local women-owned and operated businesses. Vendors will be present from various in-home party plan companies such as Mary Kay, Tupperware, Passion Parties, Partylite, Creative Memories, and more. The Ladies' Room Expo will also have craft vendors such as jewelry designers, journal makers, antique dealers, knitters, as well as a local Reiki Master, Hypnotist, and other businesses. The Ladies' Room Expo not only strives to show women ways to support local women-owned businesses but they are also keeping a close focus on educating their neighbors about specific women's health issues such as Breast Cancer and Endometriosis.
