The Jewish Arts Institute August 20, 2007

The Jewish Arts Institute is an exciting two-year training program to deepen and train a new generation of Jewish arts educators:

- Integrate spiritual growth, Judaism and arts education personally and professionally.
- Acquire new tools and methodologies to work with students in a variety of artistic media.
- Join a network of professionals dedicated to bringing inspired arts education to a range of Jewish educational settings.

The Jewish Arts Institute includes four seven-day programs, spread over two years. It will explore Jewish themes, values and concerns — spiritual and cultural — through the full spectrum of artistic expression. The program is multidisciplinary, stressing the interconnectivity of all art forms and the spiritual realm. Each training week will combine hard work, intellectual rigor, artistic exploration, Jewish learning, living and community building.
