A true chef-of-all trades, Chef Matthew Gennuso will be bringing a taste of both his award-winning French-inspired cuisine at Chez Pascal and his made-from-scratch, homestyle American menu at Hewtin's Dogs & Mobile Food Truck to the James Beard House on Monday, April 30th. Lauded for its impressive array of housemade pâtés and charcuterie, the charming, sophisticated yet accessible husband-and-wife- owned Chez Pascal is a favorite among New England bons vivants. Chef Matthew’s newest passion, Hewtin's Dogs & Mobile Food Truck, began as just a small hot dog push cart – but with the help of the constantly changing variety of house made mustards, relishes, sausages and more, quickly adopted a loyal following amongst the Providence foodie community.
