The James Beard House presents Modern French Elegance April 26, 2012

Executive Chef Greg Biggers and Executive Pastry Chef Patrick Fahy of Café des Architectes at the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower will be bringing a taste of the chic Gold Coast hotel restaurant’s inventive and seasonally inspired contemporary French menu to the James Beard House on Wednesday, April 26th. With the two head chefs’ combined pedigrees including experience at internationally acclaimed restaurants such as Tru, McCrady’s, and the French Laundry, it is no wonder that Café des Architectes is on the 2012 Michelin Recommended List!
