Revelers will want to ring in 2008 at a New Years Eve Gala like no other: The Island Hotel Newport Beachs elaborate Appassionato II. An extravagant affair showcasing the talents of award-winning Las Vegas vocalist and entertainer Jimmy Hopper, Appassionato II is, quite simply, an extravaganza extraordinaire.
